WHO ARE WE?
StageHub is operated by StageHub Ltd. of Room 12.02, 1 Lyric Sq, London W6 0NB (referred to in this Agreement as “we” or “us”). References to StageHub’s “Affiliates” means other companies in the Knight Classical Ltd. corporate group.
WHO MAY USE THE SERVICE?
To use the Service you must be 13 years old or above. If you are 13 years old or more but under 18 you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm you do have this permission.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you have the authority to act on its behalf and that the entity accepts this Agreement.
USE OF THE SERVICE
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, you may use the Service, including to view content uploaded to the Service by us or any third party (“Content”). You agree that you will not:
use the Service to view or listen to any Content other than for personal, non-commercial use;
use the Service in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
use the Service in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or has any unlawful or fraudulent effect;
for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm anyone in any way;
use the Service to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with our content standards;
use the Service to transmit or procure the sending of any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional or commercial content or any other form of similar solicitation including spam.
use the Service to sell advertising, sponsorship or promotions placed on, around of within the Service or any Content
reproduce, download, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, licence, alter, modify, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of the Service, or any Content, in contravention of this Agreement;
access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of the Service, any equipment or network on which the Service is stored, any software used in the provision of the Service, or any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party.
CREATING AN ACCOUNT
When you create an account with us you must provide us information that is accurate, complete and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
You are responsible for confidentiality and maintenance of your personal account information and the password you use to access the Service. You accept responsibility for any activities or actions under your account and password, whether your password is with the Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE SITE
Where you wish to upload content to the Service you agree this will be governed by the Contributor Terms.
The Service offers the opportunity for users of the Service to give their opinion on Content as part of the StageHub Community. If you contribute content to the StageHub Community you agree to comply with our content standards. Failure to do so will constitute a breach of this Agreement. We have the right to remove all or any part of any contribution you make to StageHub Community if, in our opinion, it does not comply with this Agreement
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Service, and in the Content and material displayed on it. You acknowledge these are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You may not print off, copy or download any part of the Service or Content. You must not use any part of the Content for any purpose without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors. If you print off, copy or download any part of the Service or any Content in breach of this Agreement, your right to use the Service will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER OFFENCES
You must not misuse the Service by knowingly introducing viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, time bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware, ransomware or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Service. You must not attack the Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of any such breach, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Service or to your viewing of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
LINKS TO AND FROM OUR SITE
You may draw the attention of others to material posted on the Service.
You may link to our home page and/or to a specific video page, including by embedding a link, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. However you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.
The Service must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of the Service other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. The website from which you are linking must comply in all respects with the content standards set out in this Agreement.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Previews of Content are available to users of the Service without payment. All other access to Content is subject to purchase of a Ticket for that Content. A “Ticket” means the right to stream the selected Content through the Service unlimited times whilst it remains on the Service (subject to availability of the Service).
Pricing and availability of Tickets for Content are subject to change without notice prior to receiving full payment for your order. All prices are in Pounds Sterling. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. You will be responsible for any charges imposed by your internet or mobile phone provider in connection with your use of the Service.
Payment must be made by a major credit or debit card or via a PayPal account. We accept most major credit cards.
Orders will be processed when authorisation of your payment has been received. A receipt for your order will be sent to your email address. This will act as your proof of purchase.
Any refunds made are at our sole discretion. Nothing herein affects your statutory rights.
INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
ACCESS TO THE SERVICE
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Service without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the Service is unavailable at any time and for any period. If the need arises, we may suspend access to the Service, or close it indefinitely.
You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless us and our Affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all third-party complaints, demands, claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities and expenses, including legal fees, arising from or in relation to any allegation of actions or omissions by you that (regardless whether proven) would constitute a breach of this Agreement.
You use the Service at your own risk.
The material displayed on the Service is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we, our Affiliates and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms (whether express or implied), and any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with the Service or in connection with the use, inability to use, or result of the use of the Service, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it, including, without limitation any liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including damages for : loss of income or revenue; loss of business; loss of profits or contracts; loss of anticipated savings; loss of data; loss of goodwill; wasted management or office time; any other loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we and our Affiliates will not be responsible for:
losses that were not caused by a breach of this Agreement by us or our Affiliates;
any loss or damage that was not, at the time this Agreement was formed between us, reasonably foreseeable;
Content submitted by any user of the Service, or the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user of the Service;
the deletion or failure to store any Content maintained or transmitted on or through the Service;
interruptions to the availability of the Service due to third party services.
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this Agreement through your use of the Service. When a breach has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate. This may include (without limitation):
immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Service;
immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any material provided by you to the Service;
issue of a warning to you;
legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach;
further legal action against you;
disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
If any term of this Agreement is not enforceable for any reason this will not affect the validity of the remainder of this Agreement which will remain in full force and effect.
We may transfer all of part of this Agreement to an Affiliate or if the Service is sold to a third party.
No delay, neglect or forbearance by either party in enforcing against the other any provision of this Agreement shall be a waiver by, or in any way prejudice any right of, that party under this Agreement.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under this Agreement that is caused by force majeure or any event outside our reasonable control.
This Agreement does not constitute any joint venture, partnership, agency relationship or employment relationship between the parties.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
This Agreement governed by the laws of England and Wales. The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, your use of the Service although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
