Artists: How and when do I get paid for my video?
You will be paid quarterly for all your video sales. We will provide a breakdown of ticket sales for your video(s) each quarter. You or your management can then invoice us for the amount due.
Artists: How much will I be paid for my video?
You will receive 70% of all ticket sales, net of VAT and credit card charges.
Artists: How do I submit a concert?
Please log in and then fill in the form on our Submit Concert page. This can be found by clicking on your username at the top of the page.
Artists: How do I do a live stream?

Artists: Can I live stream from my mobile phone?
Unfortunately we only support streaming using a computer. This is because you need to have encoding software which allows you to enter specific credentials for our broadcast server.
Artists: How do I send my video file?
There is a box to add a download link when you fill in the concert submission form. If it is not ready at this point we will request it from you later by email when organising your submission.
Artists: Can I stream to social media and StageHub simultaneously?
Unfortunately not. We only support broadcasting to StageHub not multiple platforms as once. However you can promote your live stream ahead of the broadcast on social media as you normally would. We will provide a link that can be shared ahead of any planned broadcast.
Artists: If I submit a video or live stream, will it be accepted?
All submissions are subject to editorial approval and schedule availability. Once you make a submission we will be in touch if we are able to accept it. We endeavour to accept as many submissions as possible into our library.
Audience: What is your refund policy?
If there is a problem with your video purchase please contact us so we can either provide a solution or a full refund.
Audience: How long do tickets last for videos and streams?
When you buy a video you'll then always have access to it permanently, tickets do not expire.
Audience: Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.
Artists: Can I use existing video content or do I need to create new concert videos?
As long as you have all the relevant rights to do so, you can send us existing footage. However we would encourage youth make new content as this is the most effective.
Artists: Are the concerts I give to StageHub exclusive or can I use them elsewhere?
All videos hosted on StreamHub are exclusive and cannot be posted elsewhere without our agreement.
Artists: How long should my concert be?
The minimum length we need is 30 minutes. Maximum recommended length is 90 minutes (although we will of course consider longer, these are just guidelines).
Audience: Are the videos available to viewers outside of the UK?
Yes, all videos are available to view anywhere in the world, there is no location blocking on any of our videos.
Audience: Are the live streams available for viewing after the event, or only as "live" events?
They are available after the event as well. They will become standard videos in our library after the initial broadcast.
Audience: Are the times for live streams in GMT?
Yes they are. We're based in the UK so all our live stream times are in GMT.
